This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from Growzy Labs. We aim to be transparent and fair in how we handle cancellations and refunds.
For custom development, design, or consulting projects, refund terms are defined in the signed project agreement or invoice. Generally, deposits paid to begin work are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time and resources already allocated.
If you wish to cancel an ongoing project, please contact us as soon as possible. You will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date; any remaining unused balance may be refunded at our discretion.
If you are not satisfied with delivered work, please contact us within 7 days so we can address the concern through revisions before any refund is considered.
Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domain names, hosting, licenses, paid ad spend) are non-refundable.
